The Dark Side of Ethereum: How Buterin and Lubin Allegedly Sabotaged Crypto
Ethereum Co-Founders Face Fraud Allegations from a former advisor to Ethereum, Steven Nerayoff, has recently made a series of accusations against the co-founders of the platform, Vitalik Buterin and Joseph Lubin. He claims that he has proof of their fraudulent and corrupt activities, and that he will reveal it to the public within 48 hours.
Nerayoff, who was involved in Ethereum’s early days, alleges that Buterin and Lubin have sabotaged the crypto industry by issuing hundreds or thousands of fraudulent ICOs, fleecing people, and preventing Ethereum from scaling. He also accuses them of having secret connections with high-ranking US officials, such as SEC Chairman Gary Gensler and former SEC Chairperson Jay Clayton.
He questions the originality and workability of Buterin’s contributions to Ethereum, and credits Gavin Wood for the platform’s initial success. He challenges the lack of legal action or denial from Buterin and Lubin, suggesting that their silence implies guilt. He reveals that many parties involved have contacted him since he spoke publicly on the Ethereum fraud, indicating the seriousness of his allegations.
